Are we tied in or committed to exclusivity?+
No. There's no lock-in and no exclusivity. You respond only to the requests you choose, and carry on working however you already do.
Who handles the samples?+
You deal with companies directly. Biosample Hub introduces you, but never sits between you and your partner or takes custody of any samples.
How are samples used?+
According to your terms of use. You're in direct contact with the requester and can ensure samples are only ever used in line with the consent under which they were collected.
What does joining involve?+
A short form that takes about two minutes. Once approved, your profile goes live in the directory and company members can find you.
